Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track inbound inquiries from website, campaigns, events (offline & online), and other marketing activities.
- Contact potential customers via phone and email to assess their requirements and determine lead authenticity.
- Qualify and categorize leads based on pre-defined criteria before transferring them to the respective sales team.
- Maintain an accurate database of inquiries and follow-up records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales teams across different states and business segments to ensure smooth lead transfer.
- Provide timely reports on lead quality, response rates, and conversion metrics to the marketing manager.
- Identify trends in inquiries and share insights with the marketing team for campaign optimization.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with potential clients, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language: Hindi, English & One regional language
Experience: 1-3 years in lead management, telemarketing, customer support, or a similar role (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) is an advantage.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with potential customers professionally and build rapport.
Organizational Skills: Good time management, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.
Sales Understanding: Basic knowledge of sales and marketing funnel concepts.
Proactiveness: Ability to take initiative and work independently while collaborating with teams.
