" Sr. Manager – Sales & Marketing -Projects (HO & Exports) ", will play a vital role in the company for continuously identifying opportunities to increase sales volume for HO Project & Export and contributing to the growth.
" Sr. Manager – Sales & Marketing-Projects (HO & Exports) ", will engage with the potential customers, influencers and architects for promotion and business development and sales closure and for coordination post sale

HO Projects:

Company is foreseeing private and public investment in Capex related to cold and clean construction projects, food processing, pharmaceutical, warehousing & clean manufacturing areas ,in the near future .  In the Financial year  22-23, Company has planned to bag a few Project orders, each of size in excess of INR 25 Crores.  These projects are likely to be on turnkey basis having 3 or more elements of products and activities involved, For example -Food processing unit with Cold Chain & Refrigeration ,Mechanical and electrical works/part of civil or structural works .

Company expects  ” Sr. Manager – Sales & Marketing-Projects(HO & Exports) ” to  assist the Lead in tender processing , quantification and estimation in consultation  with the internal and external experts , coordinate with the stake holders when needed and assist the Lead in closure of the sale and transfer of documentation to the project execution team.


Company , in past few years has been exporting products and services  to few countries and has targeted to substantially  increase  the export volume/revenue  by business development in potential new markets .

Company expects  ” Sr. Manager – Sales & Marketing-Projects (HO & Exports ) ” to  assist the Lead in exploring and Business development in new markets and also to assist in closure of sale and coordinate transactions with customers as and when needed , to meet the overall export Business target being set from time to time


Based out of Bangalore as of now , reaching out to any place in India/Outside India  as per plans . Location may be altered by the company at a later stage as per the business opportunities unfold

Roles and responsibilities:

HO Projects

  • Regularly Connect with Architects, consultants and existing clients and also Monitor web enquiries and tele enquiries to identify forthcoming Capex investments by private or Public entities and potential business for the company.
  • Work with the identified ( HO- project) potential customers, consultant/s and assist the Lead in order to bring to book orders worth 75 Cr in FY 22-23, protecting the interest of the company minimizing the financial risk.
  • Study tender documents for any specific project as per the guidelines of the Lead, review RFQ/enquiry to ensure that all elements that need to be costed that are special to the enquiry.
  • At prefinal closure stage of a potential order involve the  HO Project cell Team( execution team) in meetings with customer to understand the needs of customer.
  • Coordinate with the Central Project Team regularly and lead the customer interaction for the execution of projects booked Under “HO Projects ” till a seamless transition is made to the VP Projects, for continuing with the regular Project execution of the HO Projects.


  • Regularly connect with associates and consultants and also Monitor web enquiries and tele enquiries and quote /guide Associates/Consultants to quote and assist them to negotiate with customer and for job closure -to Book Rs 30 Cr. Orders for Export in FY 2022-23.
  • Identify potential countries for further business expansion, participate in exhibitions, seminars to promote and identify potential clients, consultants, dealers, etc.
  • As per the requirement , coordinate for the billing plan projections and documentation for billing
