Hygiene is crucial in the food processing industry as it directly impacts food safety, shelf life of the products, and consumer health. Ensuring proper hygiene practices at every stage of food packaging helps to prevent contamination, protect the quality of the food, and comply with food safety regulations. The materials used and the construction process plays a critical role in creating a food packaging facility that meets stringent hygiene and safety standards.
Rinac India Limited successfully completed creating another manufacturing facility for a food processing unit in Eastern India utilizing our sandwich panels. The panels supplied, made of RPUF, not only enhance thermal efficiency but also promote sustainable building practices. Rinac followed HACCP and FDA compliances in this project as well.
Several factors distinguish this facility: panels resistant to moisture, chemicals, and meeting stringent hygiene standards; ease of cleaning and maintenance crucial for food manufacturing facilities; optimal temperature control; environmental considerations; and sustainable construction practices.
Rinac ensured that the sandwich panels supplied for the client facility align with production processes and standards for the food processing facility.
Congratulations to the Rinac team on a job well done!
