GM / DGM – Sales & Marketing
Job Objective:
The GM / DGM – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for exploring and developing business opportunities across all divisions of Rinac India Limited. The role involves assisting the Zonal Head in expanding the company’s market share year over year within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth in the Projects Department, offering turnkey solutions to customers.
- Possess sound technical knowledge of Ammonia and Freon Refrigeration Systems (Centralized / One-to-One systems).
- Demonstrate familiarity with PUF Panels, IQF, Blast Chambers, and NHB Norms.
- Generate inquiries, enhance the sales funnel, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Deliver project presentations to private customers, corporates, and government departments to explore new business avenues.
- Achieve booking targets as per the defined business plan.
- Expand the customer base in the assigned territory and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business through proactive engagement and service excellence.
- Conduct competitor mapping periodically and share insights with superiors to refine sales strategies.
- Coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the geographical markets — NCR, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and business promotion events.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Proven experience in industrial refrigeration, cold chain projects, or related engineering solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
