Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales & Marketing
Expectation by the company:
“Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales & Marketing”, will ensure effective business, Coordinate with customers and internal team for customer satisfaction.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business growth in Projects department, providing turnkey solutions to customer.
- Proper knowledge of Ammonia & Freon Refrigeration system (Centralized / One to One systems).
- Fair Idea of Puff panel, IQF, Blast Chambers, NHB norms etc.
- Responsible to generate the inquiry and increase sales funnel, convert orders.
- Do presentation about projects to explore business opportunities with private customer, Corporates & government departments.
- To achieve booking target as per business plan.
- To increase customer base in allotted territory / Maintain relationship with existing customers
- Maintain good customer relationship for customer delight and repeated business
- Do competitor mapping periodically, give report to superior and modify plan to achieve target.
- Coordinate with customer, internal team as per business need.
- Proper geographic idea of NCR, Uttarkhand, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir.
- Participate in exhibitions etc.
