Engineer – Design (Electrical)

Qualification & Experience

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2–4 Years Experience

Required Skills / Expectation by the company

“Engineer – Design (Electrical)” who will be responsible for electrical design & customer support for cold room related projects. He should have strong knowledge of electrical fundamentals, good experience with CAD tools, hands-on experience with SAP ERP / Salesforce CRM software, basic PLC programming & troubleshooting knowledge, good problem-solving and communication skills.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Electrical Design & CAD

Prepare electrical drawings using AutoCAD / Electrical CAD tools. Create wiring diagrams, panel layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and schematics. Review drawings and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

2. SAP Documentation

Work with SAP ERP for material master data creation and modification, bill of materials (BOM) preparation, project detailing, and preparation of project documentation and reports.

3. PLC & Automation

Support basic programming and troubleshooting of PLC systems. Assist in commissioning and testing of automation panels and provide support for troubleshooting electrical control systems.

4. Project Support

Coordinate with mechanical and production teams, handle vendor communication and material follow-up, and provide site supervision and installation support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial projects or cold room, HVAC, or manufacturing setups.
• Knowledge of VFDs, compressors, motors, sensors, and control panels.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical standards and codes.
