Job Description
“Draftsman” who will be responsible to creates detailed technical drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D models of machinery, components, and systems using CAD software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Qualification & Experience
ITI (RAC) / Diploma Mechanical and minimum experience of 2 – 5 years.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Create, update, and revise 2D drawings and 3D models of parts, assemblies, and equipment layouts.
- Prepare BOQs and modify drawings as per project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers to convert design concepts, calculations, and rough sketches into accurate and functional drawings.
- Provide site support to the execution team during installation and execution.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOM), revision control, and technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve design discrepancies, including interference issues, during modeling and drafting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
