Assistant Manager – Sales
Job Objective
“Assistant Manager – Sales (Refrigerated Truck / Reefer Van)”, will be in charge in the company to explore business opportunities. shall assist Business Head for coordination with dealers, vendor and team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in refrigerated containers, cold chain, or engineering solution industries.
- Experience in B2B marketing, industrial solutions, and technical product communication.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Market research and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of cold chain, ECS, and HVAC concepts.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Effective stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Head business development activities for the North Zone to generate inquiries and expand the sales funnel.
- Deliver product presentations to explore and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve booking, billing, and collection targets in line with the business plan.
- Expand the customer base within the allotted territory.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct periodic competitor mapping, submit reports to superiors, and adjust plans to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams as per business requirements.
