Rinac has successfully designed and built a state-of-the-art cold storage facility for Tropicana in Kochi, the Queen of the Arabian Sea and one of South India’s most strategic logistics hubs. Located close to the Port of Kochi, this facility supports the frozen and refrigerated food industry with precision-engineered infrastructure, ensuring optimal storage conditions from arrival to dispatch.

The facility features a robust PEB structure, high-performance 150mm PUF insulated panels, EPS insulated flooring with vapor barriers, and advanced drive-in racking systems that maximize storage density. Equipped with imported European machinery, automated insulated sliding doors, microprocessor-based temperature and humidity monitoring, and reliable backup power systems, the infrastructure is designed to deliver consistent performance, safety, and operational efficiency.

With integrated warehouse management systems, dry warehousing, office and conference facilities, and reefer truck support for distribution across the state, Rinac delivers more than just cold storage. This project reflects Rinac’s commitment to building reliable, scalable, and future-ready cold chain infrastructure that enables businesses like Tropicana to grow with confidence.

Rinac engineered and built a high-density rack-supported warehouse for whisky cask maturation at Diageo India’s Alwar distillery. Designed to solve severe space limitations, the facility stores 14,400 whisky casks within a compact footprint while maintaining safe inspection and handling access.

Completed in just 8 months, the warehouse integrates structural racking with the building envelope and includes multiple storage tiers, inspection catwalks, and specialized safety systems for handling heavy rolling casks. The project showcases how Rinac’s engineering expertise enables efficient, scalable maturation storage for large distillery operations.
