With great excitement, we announce the inauguration of CONSTRUCTOR RINAC Private Limited and the beginning of an exciting new chapter!
A new chapter in innovation, partnership, and intelligent warehousing began on 9 September 2026 with the inaugural function of CONSTRUCTOR RINAC Private Limited held at the Hilton Manyata, Bangalore.
The event commenced on a proud and symbolic note with the National Anthems of India and Spain, setting the stage for the coming together of two organisations and two nations in a promising new partnership.
The ceremonial lighting of the lamp marked the formal beginning of this exciting journey. The ceremony was led by Mr. Sergio Rodríguez Cuesta, CEO – Gonvarri Material Handling; Mr. Brian Howson, CTO – Gonvarri Material Handling; and Mr. Stefan Junge, CMO-Gonvarri Material Handling, from GMH, along with Mr. Parakkel Sukumaran, Joint Managing Director- Rinac India Limited; Mr. P. V. Bala subramanian, Managing Director – Rinac India Limited; and Mr. Kalyan venugopal, CEO & MD – CONSTRUCTOR RINAC Private Limited.
A defining moment of the evening followed as Mr. Sergio Rodríguez Cuesta unveiled the joint venture, symbolising the beginning of a new era of collaboration. The occasion was further celebrated with a symbolic handshake and cake-cutting ceremony by representatives of Rinac India Limited and Gonvarri Material Handling.
The welcome address was delivered by Mr. P. Sukumaran, who shared the vision behind this strategic partnership and the opportunities ahead.

This was followed by Mr. P. V. Bala subramanian ’s corporate presentation on Rinac, highlighting Rinac’s journey, expertise, and capabilities that will contribute to this exciting collaboration.
The formal proceedings concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Kalyan venugopal, followed by a closing note from Mr. Shobhit Srivastava (he/him/his), Head of Marketing & Branding – Rinac India Limited.
The inaugural function concluded on a celebratory note with an elaborate cocktail dinner, bringing together leaders, partners, and guests to celebrate the beginning of the CONSTRUCTOR RINAC journey.
