PIR Panels by Rinac
PIR insulated sandwich panels and FM-approved RINAC panel systems for projects with defined thermal and fire-performance requirements.
PIR panels use a polyisocyanurate insulation core between metal facings. RINAC supplies PIR roof, wall and ceiling systems, including named Firearmet assemblies with specific FM approvals.
Fire classifications and approvals apply to the tested panel assembly. They should be quoted with the exact model, thickness, facing, joint and certificate rather than presented as a universal property of every PIR panel.
Specify the tested PIR assembly
The RINAC Roofing Solutions brochure identifies CoolTop30 PIR as Class 0 building material in accordance with BS 476 Parts 6 and 7. The separate Firearmet brochure identifies FM Standard 4880 internal wall and ceiling panels, FM Standard 4881 Class 1 external wall panels, and FM Standard 4471 Class 1 roof panels. Confirm the current certificate and complete assembly before using any rating in a tender or compliance submission.
