Rinac CoolTop insulated roofing panels on an industrial building
Rinac CoolTop insulated roofing over an industrial building.

Insulated roofing panels put insulation and weatherproofing into a single interlocking sheet, so a factory or warehouse roof goes on fast and stays cooler inside. Rinac makes two roofing systems: InstaRoof, a fixed 30 or 50 mm interlocking panel, and CoolTop, a custom-thickness system up to 200 mm for demanding thermal loads.

The headline benefit is heat. Rinac CoolTop panels restrict heat transmission by around 8°C, which lowers the load on any cooling below and improves comfort in unconditioned sheds. Both systems use a Galvalume or pre-painted steel skin for corrosion resistance and a long service life.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What are insulated roofing panels?
They are sandwich panels made for roofs: an insulating PUF or PIR core between a weatherproof top skin and an inner facing. One panel provides structure, insulation and a finished roof surface, installed as interlocking or overlapping sheets. Rinac offers InstaRoof and CoolTop.
How much heat do Rinac roofing panels block?
Rinac CoolTop panels restrict heat transmission by around 8°C compared with an uninsulated roof, which lowers cooling load and improves comfort in the space below.
What is the difference between InstaRoof and CoolTop?
InstaRoof is a fixed 30 or 50 mm interlocking panel with a Galvalume facing and 1085 mm cover width. CoolTop is a custom-thickness system from 50 to 200 mm, with single panels up to 14,500 mm and a choice of facings, for higher thermal demands.
What thickness of roofing panel should I use?
30 to 50 mm InstaRoof suits general sheds and commercial roofs, while thicker CoolTop panels up to 200 mm are used where the roof carries a heavy thermal load or sits over conditioned space. Rinac matches thickness to your climate and building use.
Are Rinac roofing panels corrosion resistant?
Yes. InstaRoof uses a pre-painted Galvalume AZ150 external sheet, and CoolTop offers pre-painted galvanised, Galvalume or stainless steel facings, all chosen for long service life in Indian conditions.
