We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in refrigeration systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial offers, creating detailed technical drawings, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. This role requires a strong background in ammonia and freon-based refrigeration systems, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design, and data management. Roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible to generate the inquiry and increase sales funnel.
  • Do presentation about products, projects and solutions to explore business opportunities in all segments.
  • To achieve booking, billing and collection target as per business plan and increase customer base in allotted territory.
  • Maintain good customer relationship for customer delight and repeat orders.
  • Coordinate with Application engineer for clarifying and elaborating customer queries.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional activities.
  • Do competitor mapping periodically, give report to superior and modify plan to achieve target.
  • Establish connects and nurture business relationships with business influencers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably in Mechanical/Chemical Engg.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales & business development role in NH3 Refrigeration having minimum 5 years in screw refrigeration System.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
