Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Karnataka recently concluded the second edition of the CII Agri & Food Processing Conclave on the theme, Sustainable Transformations in Agri & Food Sectors for a Strong Economy in Bengaluru on 21st Sept. 2022. With twenty-four prominent speakers from various industries and institutions, the conclave deliberated on the potential opportunities to fuel the growth of the agriculture and food processing industry (FPI) in the state.

The inaugural session was followed by focused discussions and talks on the following:

• Session III: Food Processing Sector & the Way Forward
• Session IV: Panel Discussion on Pre & Post-Covid?Synergies & Challenges

Rinac India Ltd. marked its presence with Mr. Sudheer Menon, Sr. GM as a distinguished speaker, Mr. Soji Abraham, and Mr. Ravishankar. The team presented on upcoming trends and innovations in cold storage and warehousing infrastructure. The talk reflected not only the growth opportunities but also highlighted critical infrastructures and services including post-harvest and pack house, transportation of perishables, processing of value-added products, individual quick freezing (IQF), modular walk-in-chillers and freezers, multi-commodity cold storage, retail distribution, and retail outlets-stationary and mobile.
