BFID – Brunei Food Industry Development
BFID is an integrated food processing facility designed, Manufactured and Installed by RINAC for multi-product processing. The proposed food processing facility can produce high quality food products as per the food safety norms.
- This facility being the first of its kind in the country, will act as a model for the rest of the food facilities and will act as an impetus to the growth.
- We have designed the SME line in such a way that the entrepreneurial farmer, Fruits and Vegetables growing community can convert their produce to a by-product.
- Other manufacturing areas are competitively designed to support international standard, this will facilitate the export of the manufactured goods to other neighboring markets and thereby increasing the employment, food security, export revenue and better revenue to the farming community.
This facility consist of following process lines.
1. SME and Multi product area
2. Canning and Frozen foods
3. Crackers and Snacks line
Plant has sufficient temperature-controlled storage and process solutions like Cold rooms, Freezer Rooms and Blast Freezers for raw materials and finished products. Facility also integrated with non-production areas such as rest areas, office spaces, conference halls, labs, R&D laboratory
