In-House Manufacturing, Bangalore & Murbad

PUF panels, more precisely rigid polyurethane (RPUF) sandwich panels, are the workhorse of Indian cold rooms, insulated roofing and fast modular walls. The core is a rigid foam that traps heat, bonded between two metal skins that carry load and shrug off corrosion. Rinac makes these panels in-house, so the team engineering your cold room or factory also controls the foam density, panel thickness and facing that go into it.

RINAC supplies RPUF systems in several roof, wall and ceiling configurations. Thermal performance, density, facing and thickness vary by the selected product, so project submittals should identify the exact panel system rather than applying one value to the full range.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a PUF panel?
A PUF panel is a rigid polyurethane (RPUF) foam core bonded between two metal facings. The foam blocks heat transfer while the facings provide strength and a finished surface, so one panel works as structure, insulation and cladding. Rinac supplies PUF panels as roof, wall and ceiling systems.
What is the price of PUF panels in India?
PUF panel pricing depends on core thickness, facing material, panel size and order quantity, so it is quoted per project rather than as a flat rate. For an indicative breakdown of what drives the cost, see the PUF panel price guide, then contact Rinac for a firm quote.
What thickness of PUF panel do I need?
Thickness depends on the selected RINAC system, target temperature, ambient conditions, span, facing and duty cycle. Ask the engineering team to provide a thermal selection and the current product data sheet rather than choosing from a generic rule.
PUF or PIR, which should I choose?
Choose the core against the project's thermal, fire, insurer and regulatory requirements. Where a documented fire classification is required, evaluate the exact PIR or FM-approved tested assembly and its certificate; do not infer the rating from the core name alone.
Does Rinac manufacture PUF panels?
Yes. RINAC's published company information identifies insulated-panel manufacturing facilities in Bangalore and Murbad, with project delivery supported by its branch network.

Engineering Evidence

Product data and project submittals

Use RINAC product literature for preliminary selection. Before tender or construction, request the current project-specific data sheet, test certificate and approved assembly.

Technical values apply only to the identified RINAC product and tested assembly. Confirm the exact core, facing, thickness, joint, test standard and certificate for each project.
